2021 – What I Know Now

After Eric Driskill lost his succulent collection to theft, HSCSS helped him rebuild his collection in a new way – with more varied plants. As time went on, he sought out “weirder” and rarer plants, and even ones considered difficult to grow. Although Driskill initially “was often scared to do anything for fear I would do the wrong thing,” he built a raised free-root-run bed and began to see the results of trying new things. These photos show some of the plants that now make up Driskill’s collection.
